Belinte-roba LLC  was established in 2004 (certificate of federal  registration issued by  Minsk City Council on 31 March 2004 № 653).

At the moment Belinte-Roba LLC is one of the most perspective and dynamically developing companies at the local real estate market, due to high professionalism and expeert knowledge of the company's leaders, top managers and staff. The company went through the voluntary certification of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the following services: projecting and survey work, field supervision  and engineering supervision. The licenсe for the following services was obtained (№ 02250/0463596): “Projecting and construction of the buildings of the1^st and 2^nd  stages of responsibility for  engineering surveys for these purposes”.

Belinte-roba's scope  includes building and designing residential houses and complexes with inbuilt trade and office premises, such as the Multifunctional Building Vivaldi, the Residentional  buildings Chopin, Mozart and Beethoven.

Belinte-roba LLC is  the General designer for Zomex Investment FLLC (certificate of federal  registration issued by  Minsk City Council on  9 September 2008).  For example the unique grand scale project The Minsk Lighthouse, which does not have any analogues in Europe was developed by Belinte-roba LLC  for Zomex Investment FLLC.

GBA (gross building area) of all construction projects under JV Belinte-roba, LLC exceeds 1 million square meters.

Zomex Investment, FLLC cooperates with Astra Invest, LLC, the general contractor of the Minsk Lighthouse.

Astra Invest, LLC is the representative office of the company registered in the Russian Federation (permit was issued in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 30 October 2008,  certificate № 02250/ 0004737 on the right of the following services “Projecting and construction of the buildings of the1^st and 2^nd  stages of responsibility for  engineering surveys for these purposes, engineering competence certificate № 37372989.2894-2009 on 8 April 2009).

The guiding pricinples of our work include construction of qualitative houses, appliance of recent technologies, development of infrastructure, preservation of environment and improvement of adjacent territories.
